The Amtelco Intelligent Series & Genesis systems provides a few meaningful integrations for us.
- The
stat*tables are used as the (read-only) source of truth for original call statistics. - The
cltHolidayandsysHolidaytables are used to automatically apply holiday multipliers to statistics.
Stat Tables
The Intelligent database contains a large amount of tables with the stat prefix, which are largely used for built-in reports.
Holiday Tables
For versions of Intelligent Series that support system and client holidays, Starbase can automatically apply holiday multipliers to your transformer.
